• How long and how often do they exercise dogs each day?
• Do they charge extra for being out of their cages longer?
• Do they charge for extra walks?
• Do they document exercise, medications and feeding?
• Do they charge extra for administering medications?
• How often are the cages/kennels cleaned and what do they use to clean them?
